Joseph has been building modular homes for over 20 years. Back then, most of his business was stick building homes. Now days modular building is all he does. They have come a long way. Being a stick builder ( builder that builds a home from the ground up ) 20 years ago, it was hard to find a company who made a modular home as good or better then a stick built home. Joe searched for a long time until he found one.  From that point on, Joe started as a modular builder.
